Terms of use

WANTETE provides web hosting to customers around the world, and we have a responsibility to protect every customer and provide the best services available. All customers of WANTETE are subject to the following terms of use:


The customer can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. This right applies to web hosting and reseller hosting offers. No refunds are made for servers and domain names.

The customer's account is suspended/deleted in the event that fraud/theft has been reported by credit card. credit or PayPal account.

At present, we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending on the plan. If you are not satisfied within the first 15 days, we would be happy to offer you a full refund (for some special offers, the guaranteed refund day will vary; and domain name registration fees are non-refundable including VPS).

We accept Visa, Master Card, Check, Bitcoin. For web hosting plans, we will setup your account without any payment. Customers are encouraged to pay by credit card as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. There are no contractual periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless otherwise specified.


WANTETE ensures 99.9% uptime on all web hosting plans, reseller hosting and VPS servers. For any inconvenience WANTETE undertakes to compensate 1 month free of charge on the service concerned.


All WANTETE web hosting and reseller hosting services are automatically backed up by JetBackup for 1 month, 3 times a week and then deleted the following month.

For VPS servers the customer must subscribe to a backup pack or make manual backups.


WANTETE prohibits hosting spam, phishing, or illegal files. Hacking methods are prohibited.

WANTETE provides web hosting service, not data storage. The resources made available (Disk space/CPU/RAM/Bandwidth) must be used legitimately and reasonably.


WANTETE cannot be held responsible for system downtime, failures or loss of data. We cannot be held responsible for any forward estimate of the profits a client would have made if their site was working. Some services provided by WANTETE are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routes, software and programs used by WANTETE are not directly owned or written by WANTETE. Additionally, WANTETE assumes no responsibility for the use of our customers' accounts. If terms or conditions are not respected, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to terminate any account without notice for any reason, without restitution, as WANTETE sees fit. FURTHER, WANTETE reserves the right to change any or all of the above policies, guidelines, and disclaimers without notice.
